Refund policy
There are no returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
All sales are final. This is due to the nature of products that we are selling. The products are self care products(personal care goods). To ensure that all our products being sold are new and for sanitary purposes we can not accept returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exception
No refunds will be granted for any reason.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective order. Once it has been verified with the appropriate proof from you and sent back to us. We will evaluate with the information we have then make a decision. If we conclude that your claim is correct then we will resend the correct order or new product(s) to replace the damaged or defective item(s).
Instructions
In the event you received the incorrect, defective, or damaged product(s), you will need to send proof with your explanation to BeautyEnhancingYou@gmail.com.
The proof includes a picture of the item that is time stamped with date & time and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Proof for defective/ damaged products please record a short video of how the product is defective or damaged. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The condition of the incorrect item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This also applies to the damage item(s). Please return everything back in it's original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of the incorrect, defective, or damaged product(s). If approved, we will proceed to ship out your correct product(s) and send you notification of the shipment.
Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return for these reasons; incorrect, defective, or damaged and not getting approval from Beauty Enhancing You's customer service to send the item(s) back will not be accepted.
